Delivery Information

Once you purchase an item, you will receive an email within 48 hours with its tracking details and dispatch information. We use DPD for all our deliveries and collections.

Our Delivery Services and Costs

Our delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery is Free to Most of the UK
  • Orders are dispatched with DPD, Royal Mail 48, Parcelforce, and Evri-Hermes on a Next Working Day service and typically arrive within 3-5 working days of placing the order.
  • Express Fast Track Delivery from £10.95 within the UK
  • Order before noon and get delivery NEXT DAY or within 1-2 working days.
  • For the Next Working Day service; please clarify at checkout. (This option does not include delivery on Saturday or Sunday). This option will show during the checkout when available.

 

* GTS UK will include all delivery costs at checkout. Due to the time of your order, your dispatch date may differ. Please check the times of delivery for accurate dispatch dates. Orders before noon are more likely to be received within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends.

 

Pre-Despatch Checks

Before we dispatch any order, we always ensure it goes through a final vigorous check for quality control. As a result, we may need more time to solve any technical issues or replace accessories that may be faulty. It may affect the dispatch time. However, we will ensure our communication is clear and quick.

Nothing leaves GTS UK without a rigorous pre-delivery inspection.

Tracking Your Order

All our orders are processed and delivered via DPD.

Once your order is processed, we will send all tracking information via email.

We aim to have all orders processed within 48 hours at the most.

We hate missing mail, and we know you do too!

DPD will contact you on the morning of your delivery with a delivery slot via text/email. You may choose to alter your delivery options or rearrange the delivery date.

The options are endless!

Please be aware that orders may delay due to transit or collection. DPD will make all updates via tracking information.

 

Rearranging Delivery

If your miss your delivery, please follow the instructions on the DPD Card to rearrange your delivery.

All delivery enquires are handled by DPD Only.

For the safety of our customers, DPD offers a delivery known as :

  • 'leave in a safe place.'

This option can be changed using your tracking details via app/website. Once the parcel is received, DPD will sign for the delivery on your behalf to prevent unnecessary contact.

  • Saturday Delivery: Is only processed by the customer support team over the phone. Customers must make this order before 12 pm.
  • Next day delivery is available upon checkout or email for enquiry.
  • We do not process any orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. All orders are processed the next working day.
  • Any delays or changes in delivery will be sent via email or highlighted at checkout.
  • We only ship to addresses in the UK.

International Shipping (European Union)

We ship to all 27 EU member states. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery to EU destinations is 5–10 working days, depending on your country and local customs processing times.

As a result of Brexit, orders shipped from the UK to the EU may be subject to import duties and VAT charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs thresholds before ordering.
