YES! We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on most items.

30 Day Return Policy.
For Full refunds, ensure all returns are made within 30 days of purchase.
You must ensure that the product is not used, installed, or input any data/software for a full refund.
All goods must be returned in the condition GTS UK sent them to you and in their original packaging, with all the accessories, gifts, or promotional items.
You are liable for any damage to the goods (that diminishes their value) after a return. Suppose the handling of any item goes beyond damage reasonably allowed in a shop. The amount will be deducted from the value of the refund.

- If you have changed your mind about a product, you are responsible for paying the return postage.

When we receive your package, it will be processed and checked by our returns team. Refunds are processed to the payment method used initially within seven working days.

My device is faulty - How to return your item!
You can return a faulty item for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
All our computers come with a 1-year warranty*.
In the unlikely event that a fault occurs within this period, we may be able to offer you a prompt repair. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will resolve the fault.
We don't cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
How to get help with a faulty item
Within 30 days of your purchase or delivery date, you can return your item to us for an exchange or refund. Before returning your item, you'll need to send a return form via email. Once we are aware, we will try to rectify the fault over the phone or arrange a collection of your device so DPD can return it to our repair centre.
We advise all data to be backed up before collection as we are not liable for any data loss. We will confirm your return via email.
Your device will be repaired/replaced with any faulty components, tested, and returned the device at no extra cost. Repairs can take up to 10 working days once the item has been received back.
Suppose we cannot repair your device and it is out of stock. In that case, we can replace your item with a like-for-like device, a device of your choice or offer an alternative. All decisions will be based on the value of your original order.

The quickest way to return your item is by completing a return form and posting it back to us!
All items must be returned no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You must return the item as new and in its original packaging.
If you have changed your mind about a product, you are responsible for paying the return postage.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on returned items.
All refunds are processed once our warehouse has received them.

All items come with a manufacturer warranty ( 1 to 2 Years or more depending on the brand ), which can be found on the item itself and handled by Manufactures directly. Please register your item with the manufacturers immediately after purchase. We do not offer any other warranty apart from our manufacturer warranty.
Important Information
Ensure all data is backed-up before sending your device. We will not be held liable for data loss; take all necessary precautions to safeguard your data. Hard drives or solid-state drives may be formatted or replaced when returned under warranty, regardless of any correspondence stating otherwise.

Software and Consumable Goods
For all Windows 10 Pro upgrades that are purchased and returned (even under the 30 day Returns Policy), we will deduct the price of this package and the additional upgrade cost paid from the refund.
There are no refunds/returns for Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions or other software purchased. If the subscription is activated, downloaded, opened, or the product key made visible on the Product Key Card. Your Microsoft Office package or other software is a redeemable product and usable on different devices.

For the supply of digital download software, the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Suppose you consent to a digital download starting within the 30 day cancellation period and acknowledge the right to cancel will be lost. In that case, you will not be able to request a refund.
