How to package your item for returns

1. Package the item securely, including the returns form inside.
2. Address To: Global Solutions, New Addington, Croydon
3. Send Your Item

We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked service.

1. If you have changed your mind about a product, you are responsible for paying the return postage.
2. Please note we will send all tracking information via Email.

When we receive your package, it will be processed and checked by our returns team. Refunds are processed to the payment method used initially within seven working days.
