AFTER DIAGNOSIS, AN EMAIL IS SENT WITH THE COST OF REPAIR AND ANY ADDITIONAL COST FOR PARTS.
ONCE PRICING IS CONFIRMED AND PAYMENT IS MADE
Repairs are done within 5 working days after diagnosis (9 AM-5 PM)
Prices do not include the parts required, however, we can provide new parts with repairs at an extra cost*
Returns
Please be advised that the cost of the assessment is charged at an hourly rate to ensure that we are providing you with an accurate quote based on the diagnosis from our technicians.
If you choose to cancel the repair after the technicians have opened and evaluated the device, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Additionally, please note that once the technician has opened the device, all deposits are non-refundable as compensation for their time spent.
